Monday – Saturday 3:00 PM-12:00 AM

Job Description

We are hiring multiple candidates to help manage the rosters and reservations for our temporary lodging facilities.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate/manage rosters for project teams in our temporary lodging facilities.
  • Enter client data into our accounting system for billing purposes (with 100% accuracy).
  • Retrieve folios (invoices) from hotels to match up with client stays from hotel front desk personnel and night auditors.
  • Solve customer service issues as needed in support of the guest services team.
  • Negotiate pricing with hotels while being mindful of our client’s budget.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with hotels and property managers.
  • Correspond via phone/email with both hotels and THS clients.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Self-sufficient
  • Ability to troubleshoot and use problem-solving skills
  • Resort or property management experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task numerous short deadlines and projects
  • Ability to learn & adhere to new software
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication (you will be given a writing test)
  • Absolutely clean background

Experience

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
