Job Description

We are seeking a Cost Accountant to help with various accounting tasks like recording cost information and analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports.

Essential Job Duties

Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures

Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports

Making estimates of new and proposed product costs

Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

Maintaining Cost Accounting SystemAssisting in Month end close of the General Ledger

Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Self-sufficient
Ability to troubleshoot and use problem-solving skills
Resort or property management experience preferred
Ability to multi-task numerous short deadlines and projects
Ability to learn & adhere to new software
Impeccable written and verbal communication (you will be given a writing test)
Absolutely clean background

Experience

Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
