We are looking to hire a candidate who can help the inside and outside sales team find and close new business and potential clients.

Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is helping the inside and outside sales team find and close new business. potential Clients.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead Generation
  • Map potential customers
  • Implement a program to help find/identify potential qualified lead sources
  • Lead Tracking process from start to finish
  • Utilizing an effective sales CRM
  • Scheduling follow up calls / emails
  • Lead source – where are the leads from, lead alerts
  • Set research deadlines, # of options, etc based on RFP
  • Sales Cadence Process & Steps
  • Analyze the attempts.
  • Figure out which types of media to use.
  • Determine the ideal duration.
  • Figure out the appropriate spacing between your activities.
  • Craft content that speaks to your customers.
  • Track RFP wins and loses – identify why for success, training, process improvement, etc.
  • Meeting Tracker & Sales Calendar
  • Face 2 Face meeting set up and schedules
  • Sales call days (see above)
  • Sales Rep travel schedule with agenda and arrangements
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Self-sufficient
  • Ability to troubleshoot and use problem-solving skills
  • Resort or property management experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task numerous short deadlines and projects
  • Ability to learn & adhere to new software
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication (you will be given a writing test)
  • Absolutely clean background
