We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to help drive awareness and conversion through prospecting, networking and lead generation, and marketing development in the Basecamp Industry.
Location: New Braunfels, TX. Work possible remote.

Responsible for building a customer base for our Basecamp Account Executives. Drive awareness and conversion through prospecting, networking and lead generation and marketing development in the Basecamp Industry. Specific responsibilities include creating sales and marketing tools to generate demand for the business. Lead the development and implementation of omni-channel marketing campaigns with Account Executive alignment. Responsible for networking to drive exposure, creative brief requests, reporting on performance, and building out lists of leads for Account Executives to call/email. Must collaborate with the Account Executives on strategy.
Essential Job Duties
- Create plans for lead generation and marketing to execute.

- Lead ideation, implementation, execution, and measurement in the Basecamp industry.
- Research opportunities in the market and develop the briefs and assets for deployment.
- Provides recommendations to optimize plans across all mediums.
- Participates in strategic planning and integration into plans.
- Manage go-to-market plan and timing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Sales or marketing experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop conceptual strategies and recommend changes to optimize marketing performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
