Team Housing Solutions® began in 1995 with our first client, the U.S. Army, and their project team of 11 soldiers and their families transitioning to Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

During our formative years, we perfected the art of vendor relations and developed our customized invoicing and reporting systems. We created specialized systems for locating and securing housing for large teams in scarce markets or obscure areas. We focused on reducing our operating costs to maintain our military agreements. As a result, we became a virtual, just-in-time corporate housing company known for setting up the highest quality accommodations with the nation’s top companies.

Because of our clients’ unique needs, we became accomplished at just in time corporate housing. While other providers checked their availability, we created our own. Our goal has always been to do whatever it takes to impeccably serve our clients.
